The following guidance describes how we approach requests concerning damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially misdescribed items.
Eligibility
A request must be made within 30 days of delivery. This is not a no-reason return program. Include the order number, the email used for purchase, a concise explanation, and clear photos or video showing the issue.
Review before return
Do not send anything back without written authorization. We first examine the order record and evidence and may request additional information. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or credited.
Resolution
If a claim is approved, we may offer a suitable replacement or issue a refund to the original payment method. Refund posting time depends on the payment provider. Shipping damage, defects, fulfillment errors, and substantial description differences are assessed individually.
